Good bed in the standard double room, plus an individual safe, an air conditioning, and a TV set. Marvellous location on the entrance has a supermarket, amazing restaurants in the local area. Besides, excellant for visiting Karst Gallery...

Expected More for the Price
Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautifully comfortable bed that helped us recharge after a long day.
We faced an issue with the air conditioning that took far too long to resolve, leaving us sweltering for hours.

Well located in the Hotel Zone very near to the ferry terminal. Great for a stopover night in Cancun but not a long stay. Hotel is old and rooms reflect age. However, everything was clean and worked properly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free WIFI in lobby.
Hotel restaurant food was average (we had a late dinner), certainly not the best by Mexican standards.

I stayed three nights with my family and was kinda surprised by how much better it was compared to my last visit in cancun. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and dining options. The room was cozy and clean, and breakfast offered comforting choices that hit the spot.
the air conditioning barely worked.

The hotel is within walking distance of some great beaches, a major plus. The staff were polite, and the bar area was nice for unwinding after a day out. I found the room to be big with comfortable beds. The pool area left a lot to be desired. It felt uninviting and could definitely use some remodeling. The recliners weren't comfortable, and adding some music and snacks around the pool would enhance the atmosphere. The breakfast offered was satisfactory but basic, not much variety. The biggest issue was dealing with hotel policies that felt quite rigid, particularly in terms of guests not being allowed to access rooms. This made socializing tricky and left a bad taste.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and nearby dining options. The room was clean and the beds offered great comfort for restful nights. Breakfast choices were basic but included fresh fruit juice, a pleasant addition. The air conditioning barely functioned, and the lack of variety in breakfast options over several days was disappointing. The pool area lacked features and could benefit from enhancements.
